Cancellation Policy

MoMo’s Massage Therapy (MoMo’s MT) is the massage service that does in home massage and it has A strictly 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, you must notify us at least 24 - hour in advance. Clients who no-show (not at the location where was setup) or late cancel (within 24 -hour of their appointment) will be charged in full. cancellations within 24-hour cannot be refunded or used as credit.

Any exception? You are welcome to fill your spot with your friend and family before 24-hour of your appointment time. Shoot me an email 24-hour before your appointment about the changes, your fee will be waived. but your family or friend’s credit card will need to be in the file.

I am grateful that you value my time. In return, If I ever cancel on our appointment in a short of notice, your next massage is on the house.

Gift Card FAQ

Q: “Can I get a refund for purchasing a gift card?” 

A: All gift card purchases (or redeemed massage sessions or packages) are non-refundable.

Q: “Can I share my gift card with someone else to use?” 

A: Of course! If you’re unable to use your gift card, we’re happy to honor it for another recipient of your choice. That said, if you redeem your gift card for a session or a package, these services may not be shared. Just give us a call or send us an email so we can help you coordinate.

Q: “Does my gift card include gratuity?” 

A: Gift cards do not include gratuity.

Packages

Discounted packages are available for purchase online. Packages may not be shared with another client, or combined with gift cards or other offers or discounts. Some packages are made for special massage, it is not shareable due to the reason but you are welcome to contact me and we can do our best to access you with what you need.

Payment Methods

A credit card is required to book all appointments. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, your card or package will be charged in full.

Gratuities

Gratuities are greatly appreciated by LMTs. You can use Zella or PayPal for tipping, and cash is good as well but unfortunately, we cannot exchange bills.

Safety/Conduct

As professional licensed therapists, I am dedicated to providing a completely safe and enjoyable experience for our clients. Our work is strictly therapeutic and non-sexual. Any sexual comments or advances will result in immediate termination of the session. The draping during massage session is a most required.

New Clients

First visit? I will arrive 20 to 30 minutes early to start the setup and relaxation process. You can get comfortable, note that you will be fill out a health-intake form on line, but I will discuss with you of what you’d like to focus on, and there might be writing consent form that you need to be fill out at the first time.

Pregnant Clients

Please specify that you are pregnant when booking. If you are scheduling an appointment for your partner or a friend who is expecting, you must notify us upon booking the reservation.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our business, Mo Mo’s MT does not offer refunds for massage services or gift cards. Gift cards and store credit are non-transferable unless exception applied. You are welcome to contact me and I can do my best to access you with what you need. Packages are nonrefundable, specially with prenatal massage package. Because it is specially design for each Moms-to-be client. While it cannot be refund but we can work with you if you cannot finish your package. you might be able to transfer to your friends or families, please contact me when you need assist with this matter.

Parking and location Details

Please provide details of building location and parking information during booking so that I can get to your building easier. If there is doorman at your building, please notice your doorman that I will be in at the time you setup.

I will arrive 10-15 minutes before the session start. in which allows some time to wash my hands and set up my station.
